A CRM your team will actually keep using.
A CRM only helps if it is set up around the way you already sell. This service configures one agreed platform with a basic pipeline, contact and company records, and simple lead source fields — then hands it over in writing, so inquiries stop living in someone’s inbox.
What the setup includes
Delivered as part of an agreed scope, confirmed in writing before work begins.
- One agreed CRM platform (for example HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho)
- A basic deal pipeline with stages defined with you
- Contact and company records
- Simple lead source fields
- One basic form or inbox integration where the platform supports it
- A written handover so you can run it yourself
What you actually receive
One agreed platform, not a shopping list
You choose a platform you are comfortable paying for; the setup makes it reflect how you actually sell.
A pipeline that matches your process
Deal stages are defined with you, so the pipeline describes your real steps rather than a generic template.
Leads captured, not lost
Where the platform supports it, one form or inbox is connected so new inquiries become records automatically.
A handover you can follow
You receive a short written guide to the pipeline, the fields, and what happens next, so you are not locked in.
What a CRM setup can connect
These are the workflows a basic CRM setup can usually be configured to support, using accounts you already own. Each is a capability, not an existing connection.
Capabilities, not existing connections
- Each use case is a capability that can usually be configured — not a claim that it is already connected for your business.
- Whether a specific integration is possible depends on your CRM plan, your other accounts, and the platform’s own limits.
- WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram inbox routing are only used where the platform permits it and where you authorise it.
When a CRM earns its keep
- You track inquiries in email or a spreadsheet and lose sight of follow-ups
- More than one person needs to see the same pipeline
- Quotes are sent but not always followed up on time
- You want a lead source recorded so you can see where work comes from
What needs a separate quote
- CRM licences and subscription costs — paid directly by you to the platform
- Migrating an existing database (separate scope)
- Complex automations, custom reporting, or bespoke CRM development
- Any promise of more sales from having a CRM
Website and CRM together
A website and a CRM setup work well together, and are often bought at the same time. They are still two separate services: combining them does not put both complete services inside one $499 package. A combined scope is quoted in writing as its own price.
How a project runs
The same process applies to every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.
Request and written scope
You describe the business, the customers, and the outcome you need. You receive a written scope: what will be built, what it costs, what is explicitly not included, and the schedule.
Agreement and terms
Scope, revision rounds, milestones, payment terms, third-party costs, and ownership are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Design and structure approval
Architecture and visual direction are reviewed and approved before development starts, so changes are cheap at this stage.
Build and review
The site, automation, or application is built on a staging environment you can review at any time, with progress updates at agreed milestones.
Launch and handover
Deployment, redirects, metadata, forms, and delivery checks are completed, then you receive access, documentation, and optional support.
Common questions
Which CRM platform do you set up?
One agreed platform. Common choices are HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho, but the platform is chosen with you based on your budget and how you work. Licences are paid directly by you to the provider.
Will you move my existing contacts?
Basic setup starts with the agreed platform, a pipeline, contact and company records, and lead source fields. Migrating an existing database is a separate scope and is quoted in writing once the source data is understood.
Is the CRM licence included?
No. Licences and subscription costs are paid directly by you to the CRM provider. The $499 starting price covers the setup work, not the platform subscription.
Does this include automation?
One basic form or inbox connection is included where the platform supports it. More involved workflows are handled as a separate Business Automation engagement.
Other work the studio handles
Founder-led delivery, with independent collaborators supporting larger or specialized work when needed.
Websites & Redesign
Mobile-first websites and redesigns that explain what you do, look credible, and turn visitors into inquiries.
Website Redesign
A rebuild of an outdated site around clearer structure, faster pages, and a working inquiry path.
Business Automation
One bounded workflow that stops inquiries being lost: form-to-notification, basic CRM intake, lead routing, and simple follow-up.
