This policy describes what actually happens on this website. It is written to reflect the services that are genuinely enabled — no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising trackers.

Milux Ventures is an independent digital development brand operated by Ilia Rudich, an individual freelancer based in Poland.

Useme is a separate service provider with its own privacy information, used only where a project proceeds to contracting and payment. It is not the operator or controller of this website, and no data is shared with it merely because a visitor sends an enquiry.

2. What this website collects

This website is deliberately privacy-minimal. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no cookie banner, because no such technology is loaded.

  • Server logs: when a page is requested, the hosting provider processes technical data such as the IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp in order to deliver the page and keep the service secure.
  • Quote and contact submissions: if you send a project request, the details you enter are processed — contact name, business name, business email, optional website address, requested service, budget range, timeframe, referral source, and your project description.
  • Direct correspondence: if you email or send a message, the contact details and content of the written conversation are processed.

No account creation, profiling, or automated decision-making takes place on this website. There is no mechanism to log in, and no sensitive categories of data are requested.

3. Why the data is processed

  • To review and respond to quote requests and business inquiries.
  • To prepare proposals, estimates, and written agreements before a contract exists.
  • To deliver, invoice, and support projects that are agreed and accepted.
  • To keep the website available, secure, and protected against abuse.
  • To meet accounting, tax, and record-keeping obligations where a project proceeds.

Where applicable, processing relies on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, on performance of a contract, on legitimate interests in operating a secure business and website, or on compliance with legal obligations. Consent is not used as a basis for loading optional tracking technology, because none is loaded.

4. How quote requests are delivered

Quote requests are delivered through your own email application: the form prepares a message containing your answers, and nothing is transmitted until you send it yourself. In this mode this website does not store the contents of your request at all.

In either mode, only the information needed to assess the project is collected. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or third-party account credentials — they are not needed to prepare a quote and will not be requested.

5. Who receives data

  • Hosting: the website is served through Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which processes requests on our behalf and maintains technical logs for delivery and security. See Google’s privacy documentation .
  • Email delivery: business email is handled by the provider hosting the admin@miluxventures.com mailbox.
  • Billing: where a project proceeds, invoicing and payment facilitation are handled by Useme under its own terms, so the details required for contracting and invoicing are shared with that platform. Sending an enquiry, requesting a quote, or receiving a proposal does not create a Useme transaction. A transaction exists only once it has been created on the platform under the platform’s own terms, and the applicable arrangement is confirmed in writing first.
  • Project tools: where a project requires shared repositories, hosting accounts, or project management tools, those providers process the data necessary to run the project. They are listed in the applicable agreement when relevant.

Personal data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes. There is no data broker, no advertising network, and no cross-site tracking on this website.

6. International transfers

The business operates from Poland and serves clients internationally. Where processing involves providers located outside the European Economic Area — for example US-based hosting or email infrastructure — transfers rely on the safeguards those providers maintain, such as standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy framework.

7. How long data is kept

  • Inquiries that do not become projects: kept only as long as needed to answer them and follow up reasonably, then deleted — normally within 24 months.
  • Project and billing records: kept for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and contract law.
  • Technical logs: retained briefly by the hosting provider according to its own retention settings.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability of data you provided, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in the country where you live, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.

To exercise any of these rights, contact admin@miluxventures.com. Requests are answered without charge in normal circumstances.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, submission endpoints validate input and are protected against automated abuse, and access to business systems is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, so no absolute guarantee can be given — but no more data is collected than the services require.

10. Cookies, third parties, and embedded content

This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party widgets, fonts, maps, or video players. Fonts are self-hosted. If optional advertising or analytics technology is enabled in the future, it will only load after a lawful consent mechanism is implemented, and this policy will be updated before that happens.

Meta lead forms and advertising

Where Milux Ventures advertises on Meta platforms, an advertisement may open a Meta-hosted lead form instead of a page on this website. In that case the information you enter — such as your name, business name, business email, website address, project type, approximate budget, intended timeframe, preferred contact method, and whether you make the decision for the project — is collected by Meta on Meta’s own platform, under Meta’s privacy policy and your own Meta settings. Meta then makes those responses available to the business through Meta’s own lead tools.

Responses submitted through a Meta lead form are not automatically written into this website. No integration exists between Meta’s lead tools and this site, no Meta Pixel and no Conversions API is installed here, and this website does not read any advertising identifier. Lead responses received from Meta are handled for the same purposes described in this policy, and are answered, kept, and deleted in the same way as a request sent through this website.

Messaging platforms

Contact links on this site may open a third-party messaging service — for example Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp Business. Any conversation that takes place there is processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Where such a channel is used to discuss a project, the details needed to prepare, deliver, and invoice that project are handled by the business as described in this policy.

This website does not load tracking technology from those platforms. The links are ordinary hyperlinks, and messaging begins only after you choose to follow one.

If you are ever invited to continue a conversation on Messenger after a Meta lead form, that only happens if you actively agree to it, and staying on email remains an option. No message is sent to you automatically, and no messaging contact is used for advertising.

11. Children

This website and the services offered are intended for business clients. They are not directed at children, and data relating to children is not knowingly collected.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy is reviewed when the services, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
