How long does it take to get a response?

Most inquiries receive a reply within one business day. If your project needs more thought, you will still hear back with an initial reaction rather than silence.

How accurate is the quote I receive?

Quotes are prepared against the scope we agree in writing. The published prices on this site are starting estimates, and the final figure depends on page count, functionality, content, integrations, and schedule.

What happens after I send the form?

Your request is reviewed, then you receive either a clarifying question, a proposal with scope and price, or an honest referral elsewhere if the project is not a fit.

Do you need sensitive information?

No. Only what is needed to understand the project: your contact details, the business, the website if one exists, the service you need, budget range, and a short description. Never send credentials, payment details, or documents through the form.
