Partner and payment state are never set by this form. No submission here makes anyone an approved partner, and no fee becomes payable from a form submission. Never send passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents.

Commercial terms are a draft, pending review
The commercial terms for this service are prepared as a clear draft for owner and legal review. They are not presented here as an automatically binding contract.
- Fee: a flat $499 per unique new paying customer, regardless of project value.
- A customer counts only after attribution, partner acceptance, and verified payment.
- Fee calculation and evidence rules are agreed in writing before sourcing starts.
- Any paid advertising used for sourcing is disclosed in advance and paid separately by the partner.
- The partner may decline an introduction, and declining one carries no fee.
- How the fee is classified legally — for example as a commission or as referral remuneration — is determined by the signed agreement and the law that governs it.
These points summarise the intended commercial model. The binding terms are the ones agreed in writing with each partner, once this draft has been reviewed.
