Milux Ventures works in writing. Project enquiries, proposals, scope confirmations, revisions, and delivery notes are exchanged by email and messaging. No sales call, meeting, or telephone call is required at any point, and none is offered as a route to purchase. Commercial terms — scope, deliverables, revisions, schedule, and price — are valid only when confirmed in writing.

Billing and payment

Eligible freelance projects are contracted and invoiced through Useme under the applicable transaction terms. The invoicing entity and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Useme is used to formalise and settle eligible freelance transactions, and it handles international invoicing under its own terms and conditions. Milux Ventures does not generate invoices through this website, does not collect payments on this website, and does not claim to issue US tax invoices itself.

Sending an enquiry, requesting a quote, or receiving a proposal does not create a Useme transaction. A transaction exists only once it has been created on the platform under the platform’s own terms, and the applicable arrangement is confirmed in writing first.

Useme is an independent third-party platform used to formalise and settle eligible freelance transactions. It does not own, operate, or publish the Milux Ventures website, and it is not the operator of this site.

Using Useme is a delivery and billing arrangement for individual projects. It is not presented on this website as proof that any other business activity is exempt from registration or from tax.
