What sits outside the project price

Every project has costs that belong to third parties. They are listed here so nothing appears on an invoice unexpectedly.

Hosting and domain fees Paid directly to the provider of your choice, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Third-party software Paid subscriptions, plugins, and API usage are billed by their vendors.
App store accounts Apple Developer and Google Play developer accounts stay in your name and are paid by you.
Unlimited changes Revisions follow the agreed revision rounds; new work is quoted separately.
Maintenance Optional and separate from project pricing. Never bundled as an assumption.
Advertising spend Media budgets for Google or Meta are paid directly to those platforms.

Is Milux Ventures a large agency?

No. It is a founder-led studio. That means fewer layers and direct accountability, and it also means capacity is limited — projects are accepted based on fit rather than volume.

What happens if my project needs skills outside the studio?

Specialist work such as brand identity, professional photography, or licensed legal and tax advice is either handled by your own providers or coordinated with specialists, agreed in writing and priced separately.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes, through optional maintenance plans. They are separate from project pricing and are never presented as automatically included.
