AI receptionist

Answer the calls you cannot pick up.

When your team is on a job, the phone still rings. An AI-assisted receptionist can answer inbound calls, capture the reason for the call, and route or escalate it — so a missed call becomes a captured inquiry instead of a lost job.

  • From $1,499 setup
  • Remote delivery across the United States
Scope

What the setup covers

Delivered as part of an agreed scope, confirmed in writing before work begins.

  • AI-assisted inbound call answering
  • Basic inquiry intake and structured capture
  • Configured qualification questions for your trade
  • Appropriate transfer and escalation rules
  • Selected CRM or email integration for the captured inquiry
  • Call summary or transcription where lawful and agreed
Overview

What you actually receive

A feasibility review first

Before anything is promised, the call flow, the provider, the costs, and the failure behaviour are reviewed against how your business actually answers the phone.

Inbound only

This is inbound call handling. There is no automated outbound telemarketing of any kind.

Qualification that fits your trade

The questions a caller hears are configured around your services — emergency versus scheduled, service address, and the details you need to quote.

A clear escalation path

Calls that need a human are transferred or flagged as agreed, so the system never silently swallows a real customer.

Availability

Available after a feasibility review

This is offered honestly: the operational setup has not yet been validated end to end, so it is not presented as a proven, live product. The review exists to find out whether it can be delivered well for your business before anything is promised.

  • Research feasible vendors and compare real prices
  • Verify the integration capability against your phone setup
  • Test real call quality on inbound calls
  • Test error handling, transfer, and escalation behaviour
  • Test how the system behaves during outages
  • Check AI disclosure obligations and state call-recording consent rules
  • Confirm who controls the phone number and the call data
  • Confirm privacy and processing obligations in writing
Process

How a project runs

The same process applies to every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

STEP 01

Request and written scope

You describe the business, the customers, and the outcome you need. You receive a written scope: what will be built, what it costs, what is explicitly not included, and the schedule.

STEP 02

Agreement and terms

Scope, revision rounds, milestones, payment terms, third-party costs, and ownership are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

STEP 03

Design and structure approval

Architecture and visual direction are reviewed and approved before development starts, so changes are cheap at this stage.

STEP 04

Build and review

The site, automation, or application is built on a staging environment you can review at any time, with progress updates at agreed milestones.

STEP 05

Launch and handover

Deployment, redirects, metadata, forms, and delivery checks are completed, then you receive access, documentation, and optional support.

Questions

Common questions

Is this a live, ready-to-buy service?

Not yet as a proven, running product. We are researching feasible providers, comparing real prices, and testing call quality, escalation, and failure behaviour. The offer is available after a feasibility review rather than as an off-the-shelf product.

Who owns the phone number and the call data?

That is agreed in writing before activation. The default is that your number and your data stay under your control, with the processing arrangement documented for you.

Will it make outbound calls?

No. This service is inbound only. There is no automated outbound calling or telemarketing.

Does it cost more than $1,499?

Almost always, in total. The $1,499 is a set-up fee. There is a from-$199/month management fee, and the third-party platform, call, and telecom usage is charged separately and varies with call volume.

Next step

Ask about a feasibility review.

Send the project details and you will receive a reply within roughly one business day, with either questions, a proposal, or an honest referral.
